You CAN get your research done, even if the Library is closed. Here are a few tips to get you started:
- Connect with a Librarian via our 24/7 chat service. The Librarian can help you to narrow or focus your topic and suggest keywords and databases/websites to locate articles, books, reports, statistics, etc.
- Check our LibGuides research guides to get started doing research in a particular subject or discipline (e.g.,Art, Biology, Psychology). Each guide provides recommended books, journals and research databases, as well as tips and examples for citing sources and avoiding plagiarism.
- To access e-journals, e-books, full-text articles and more, try MCC Search. After clicking on a link, you'll be redirected to myCommnet to log in. Once you do this, you'll be able to use all of our Library's e-collections wherever you are!
